## 訂閱與帳單

### 訂閱如何續訂？

訂閱會在計費週期結束後自動續訂。你可以隨時取消訂閱，並在計費週期結束前繼續使用。月訂閱自購買日起算為期三十天，年訂閱自購買日起算為期一個日曆年。

### 如何暫停或取消訂閱？

你可以隨時在個人檔案設定的「訂閱」分頁中暫停或取消訂閱，請點選「取消訂閱」按鈕。如果你使用的是月訂閱，可以選擇暫停。暫停期間可設定為一到三個月，期間不會收取任何費用。你可以隨時結束暫停，立即繼續使用服務。即使提前取消訂閱，你仍可使用到已付費期間結束為止。

### 如何確認訂閱已成功取消？

你可以在個人檔案設定的「訂閱」分頁中查看訂閱狀態。如果取消成功，畫面會顯示「已取消」狀態，以及你仍可使用服務的截止日期。

### 在哪裡可以找到發票和付款證明？

所有發票都可以在「訂閱」分頁中找到。

## 付款與退款

### 我的訂閱已自動續訂，但我沒有注意到，該怎麼辦？

我們了解這種情況可能發生。請寫信至 <support@astra-ai.co>，並附上你當初用來訂閱的電子郵件地址。我們會依照服務條款處理你的案件，並盡力找出最佳解決方案。

### 支援哪些付款方式？

一般使用者可以直接在平台上付款。我們支援信用卡或簽帳金融卡、PayPal、Revolut、Apple Pay 和 Google Pay。

## 帳號登入問題

### 我收不到六位數的登入驗證碼，該怎麼辦？

驗證碼會寄到你登入時使用的同一個電子郵件地址。如果收件匣中仍找不到驗證碼，請一併檢查垃圾郵件資料夾。

### 已完成付款，但仍無法使用無限制方案，該怎麼辦？

使用權限與你購買訂閱時使用的電子郵件地址綁定。請在個人檔案設定的「訂閱」分頁中，確認是否能看到發票和啟用中的方案。如果看不到，表示訂閱並未綁定你目前登入使用的電子郵件地址。如果你有多個電子郵件地址，或購買時輸入錯誤，請寫信至 <support@astra-ai.co>，我們會協助確認訂閱綁定的是哪個電子郵件。

請先重新整理頁面，接著嘗試使用其他瀏覽器或無痕模式開啟 Astra AI。如果可以，也請在另一台電腦或裝置上測試。
