A useful next step is to have them try a similar problem themselves, without help. ### What if my child doesn’t understand the first explanation? They can keep asking. Your child doesn’t need to pretend they understood the first time. ### Can I trust the answers Astra AI gives my child? Astra AI is intended for children aged 12 and over. We recommend it for pupils from 5th or 6th grade onwards, when they can use the AI tutor independently to learn, get topics explained, and solve problems. Younger users can use Astra AI with the permission of their parents or legal guardians. We recommend that parents talk with their child about using artificial intelligence responsibly and keep an eye on how they use it for learning. ### How does Astra AI protect my child’s privacy and data? We take the privacy and security of our users very seriously.
